Available Positions and Requirements

1. Assistant Junior Engineer (O&M/E&C/ERU/P&M/ERC/S&P/GS)

• Vacancies: Approximately 300 (subject to change)

• Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical/Power Engineering (4-year course) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.

• SSC or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 5.00.

• Basic computer skills required; AutoCAD proficiency preferred.

• Salary Scale: BDT 29,600 during probation, with potential to increase to BDT 31,080 upon regularization as per Palli Bidyut Salary Structure 2016.

2. Assistant Accountant/Assistant Plant Accountant

• Vacancies: Approximately 150 (subject to change)

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or GPA 3.00 out of 5.00.

• SSC and HSC with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.00.

• Strong computer skills are essential.

• Salary Scale: BDT 26,100 during probation, with potential to increase to BDT 27,410 upon regularization.

3. Assistant Store Keeper

• Vacancies: Approximately 31 (subject to change)

• Qualifications:

• HSC or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 5.00 or CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in Diploma.

• Basic computer knowledge in MS Word and Excel is required.

• Salary Scale: BDT 18,300 during probation, with potential to increase to BDT 19,220 upon regularization.

Additional Benefits

Probationary employees will receive additional benefits and allowances as per REB policy. Following successful probation, salaries will be adjusted as per the Palli Bidyut Salary Structure of 2016.
